MP3 to WMV Converter

I have a personal opinion that the mp3 format is better than the wmv format. I guess that is because of the proprietary nature of the latter. But since I have a large collection of music files, I still have to resort to using an mp3 to wmv converter. You might ask that if I thought that mp3 is better, then why would I want to convert some of my music files into wmv? Well, the answer is I don''t want to, but I need to.

You see, I have some friends who prefer the wmv format. They would sometimes even ask me for a copy of my mp3 to wmv converter software. I do help them out because the bottom line is we are all one for a common goal. That is to better appreciate music. I believe in the uniqueness of the individual so if one prefers a certain music format over the format which I believe is the better choice, I let them be and even support them.

I just find it weird that my friends would be listening from their mp3 players but their music are not in mp3, but in wmv format. The mp3 just so happens to be the most popular format that is why any digital music player today is referred to as an mp3 player even though it is perfectly capable of using other music formats.
